Один из оценочных мультипликаторов (или коэффициентов), применяемых при использовании сравнительного подхода к оценке. Представлен в двух вариантах: 1. Коэффициент Цена / балансовая стоимость (P/BV) определяется как отношение цены акции к балансовой стоимости акционерного капитала, приходящейся на эту акцию. Научные исследования свидетельствуют, что он обладает наибольшей объясняющей ценностью, когда идет речь о прогнозировании будущей динамики курсов акций. 2.Коэффициент «Рыночная стоимость / балансовая стоимость» (то есть отношение рыночной стоимости капитала компаний к чистой стоимости их активов, как она отражена в их балансовых таблицах). Существенный разрыв между рыночной и балансовой стоимостью часто приводится в качестве причины повышенного внимания к нематериальным активам.
